The S&P 500 (^GSPC) fell 0.2% at 2 p.m. ET., whereas on the Dow Jones Industrial Common (^DJI) misplaced 135 factors, or 0.40%. The technology-heavy Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) was down 0.14%.
