Oklahoma’s Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Invoice passes out of committee

Dennis Porter, co-founder of the Satoshi Motion Fund, introduced on X that the Oklahoma State Fee has handed the HB 1203 “Strategic Bitcoin Reserve” invoice.
