Michael Howell is CEO of CrossBorder Capital, a London-based FCA registered, unbiased analysis and funding firm that he based in 1996. Beforehand he was Head of Analysis for Baring Securities and Analysis Director of Salomon Brothers Inc, the US funding financial institution. The liquidity methodology he pioneered displays cross-border flows and Central Financial institution behaviour throughout some 80 nations world-wide.
