In a bid to create a blockchain model of the favored Y Combinator framework, ARC—an NFT-gated neighborhood of over 850 members—raised $4.5 million, the group introduced on Tuesday.

ARC was based in 2022 by Cheo and Singapore-based enterprise chief Kiat Lim.
